We approach unconventionally... by first learning of your current state through harvesting stories (micro-narratives) from your leadership and staff.  Then, we look to create a shared understanding, shared intention amongst your people of both what challenges exist and how best to solve them.  Last, we act in an instant by applying the iterative method (aka 'Agile/Scrum Framework') to help you prototype the new.

Complexity Leadership Training & Team Effectiveness Coaching
